Restaurant Blanco has recently opened its doors to San Pedro’s gastronomic offer with a minimalist ambient and an original all-white decoration. 

Its sophisticated and modern cuisine offers excellent author cooking featuring only original recipes compiled by its owners Mauricio Ciocca y Francisca Echeverría during their trips around the world.

Three-pepper seasoned Easter Island’s fresh tuna fish is a must, as well as vanilla beef, lamb vein, delicious sushi boats, and fresh pasta. It has a varied wine menu and a wide range of wines served per glass. 

Served by a professional and kind staff, Restaurant Blanco is meant to become a gastronomic milestone in the town, since its dishes are not only characterized for their excellent quality, but  also by an original presentation and exquisiteness of raw materials.

Blanco opens its doors every day from 6 p.m. with an amusing happy hour before dinner. It also offers a menu and organization of events at the restaurant, hotels, or distant places.
